Built for the gap

When the work grows faster than the safety system.

SNSG provides construction safety support in Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. We serve growing contractors that need an ongoing safety function and larger, established companies that need additional field inspections, documentation support, and corrective-action follow-through alongside their existing safety team.

01
Multiple active projects

Your crews are spread across jobs, and consistent inspections and follow-through are getting harder to maintain.

02
Rising GC and owner requirements

You are being asked for site-specific plans, current training records, JHAs, and organized safety documentation.

03
Limited internal safety capacity

Whether safety falls to your operations leaders or an existing safety team is stretched across projects, we provide defined field and documentation support.

Before a gap becomes a problem

The cost of waiting.

Safety gaps can affect more than regulatory compliance. An injury, unresolved hazard, incomplete training record, or missing safety document can disrupt a project, expose a contractor to citations and penalties, affect insurance costs, and damage relationships with general contractors and owners.

01
Protect the workforce

Identify and address hazards before they contribute to preventable injuries or occupational health exposures.

02
Protect the operation

Strengthen training, documentation, and corrective-action follow-through before gaps interrupt the work.

03
Protect the business

Support the company’s reputation, regulatory readiness, and ability to meet general contractor and owner expectations.

About Southern Nevada Safety Group

Local roots. Practical safety. Professional support.

Southern Nevada is more than the market we serve—it is home. Born and raised in Las Vegas, with family roots in the community extending more than 70 years, SNSG understands the people, industries, and working conditions that keep this valley moving.

SNSG was founded on a simple belief: professional safety support should not be reserved for large companies with full-time safety departments. Small and growing contractors share the same responsibility to protect their employees, address regulatory requirements, satisfy general contractor and owner expectations, and maintain organized safety documentation—often with far fewer internal resources.

Our purpose is to help close that gap. SNSG supports growing contractors that need an ongoing safety function and larger, established companies that need additional field inspections, documentation support, and corrective-action follow-through alongside their existing safety team.

We care about preventing injuries and protecting the health of every employee. We also recognize that a strong safety program helps protect the company, its leadership, its reputation, and its ability to compete for future work.

At SNSG, safety is not about handing over a list of citations and walking away. It is about identifying the problem, helping solve the problem, and documenting the solution.

Quality safety support should be practical, accessible, and scalable—regardless of company size.

Questions contractors ask

Safety support, explained.

What is a fractional safety department?

It is recurring safety support for a defined portion of your workload, rather than a full-time employee on your payroll. SNSG scopes field visits, program reviews, training oversight, and monthly reporting around your active projects. If you are looking for a fractional safety manager in Las Vegas, the first step is to agree on responsibilities, visit frequency, and follow-up capacity.

Which contractors and locations do you support?

Our fractional safety-department service is designed primarily for growing contractors with 10–100 employees. We also support larger contractors that need additional inspections, documentation help, and corrective-action follow-through alongside an existing safety team. Our primary service area is the Las Vegas Valley, including Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson. Underground utility, civil, and specialty contractors can discuss their project needs with us; work elsewhere in Southern Nevada is considered with agreed travel and coverage terms.

Can you help with Nevada OSHA compliance?

Our support includes identifying gaps, reviewing written programs, organizing records, and tracking corrective actions. Nevada OSHA recordkeeping assistance is scoped to your needs. SNSG is an independent safety services provider, not a regulatory agency, and does not issue approvals or guarantee compliance. The employer retains responsibility for workplace safety, supervision, and implementing controls.

What do I receive after a jobsite safety inspection?

The agreed scope includes documented findings, photographs, and recommended corrective actions. We help assign action owners and track follow-up with your team. Monthly management reporting brings visits, open actions, training status, and priorities together.

Do you sell equipment or certify our workers?

No equipment or software purchase is required. Training oversight means organizing requirements, records, and coordination. It is not a promise to certify employees or designate competent persons.

How does the monthly service work?

Your monthly fee reflects workforce size, active projects, inspection frequency, job complexity, and agreed support capacity. We define the visit count and documentation allowances before you start. Quarterly reviews use average workload to adjust the next period’s service and fee up or down, subject to the agreement’s minimum. Supplemental support for an existing safety department is scoped by purchased visits or field time. Tell us about your company to discuss a fit.

What services may require a separate scope?

Monthly service is structured around the agreed level of support and scheduled service capacity. Needs beyond that scope—such as additional site visits, extensive document or program development, after-hours response, specialized training, or full-time project staffing—can be arranged separately based on availability and project requirements. Unless specifically included in the service agreement, SNSG does not serve as the project’s designated competent person, direct or control construction means and methods, or assume emergency incident command responsibilities.
